Cheers to World Bartender Day, with a Hangover-Free Cocktail

It’s that time of the year again when we raise our glasses to celebrate the incredible craft of bartending – World Bartender Day. And what better way to mark the occasion than by teaming up with award-winning bartender Wen Wang from the world-renowned Maybe Sammy in Sydney.

We’re thrilled to announce our collaboration with Wen to create a groundbreaking hangover-free cocktail. Yes, you heard it right – a cocktail that promises all the flavour and none of the dreaded morning-after consequences, thanks to alc-eze.

alc-eze is a natural supplement specially formulated to help eze hangover symptoms, so you can wake up feeling refreshed no matter what. Check out the ingredients, recipe and Wen in action below…


  • 45ml Rye Whiskey 
  • 30ml Nashi Pear juice
    • Did you know? Nashi Pear is the key ingredient in alc-eze and research shows these pears contain an enzyme called dihydromyricetin (DHM) that helps your body break down alcohol more efficiently.
  • 30ml Fresh Lime juice
  • Alc-eze (tablets or powder) 
  • Fino Sherry


Step 1: Infuse alc-eze with 15ml of Fino Sherry… or just take x3 alc-eze tablets before drinking!

Step 2: Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. 

Step 3: Shake it baby!

Step 4: Serve up with a garnish of your choice and enjoy every last sip of your Hangover-Free Cocktail
